How do I know if my order went through? 

After you have purchased your unit. An order confirmation email will be emailed to you with the order number and a receipt. 

When will my order ship? 

Please allow one business day to process your order. After processing, most orders will ship out the next business day. 

Where does Puraclenz ship? 

Puraclenz ships only to the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. 

How will my order ship? 

Orders are shipped via FedEx Ground for scheduled delivery in 3-5 business days. 

How will my express order ship? 

Express orders received by 1 PM MT are sent out on the same day as ordered by FedEx 2nd Business Day.  

FedEx Second-Day Air ships the items within two days to the desired location, or delivery happens by 10:30 am on the second day of shipping.  

How much does shipping cost? 

Shipping is free for Puraclenz orders. 

How much does express shipping cost? 

The cost for express shipping is $39.99. 

How do I cancel my order? 

We are unable to make changes to an order after it has been placed or shipped. If you want to cancel your order, please contact support@puraclenz.com, and we will try to contact the shipper to return the order to our warehouse if possible. If we cannot re-route the delivery and you receive the package, please contact support@puraclenz.com, for help with a return.  


How do I change my shipping address? 

We are unable to make changes to an order after it has been placed or shipped. 

Please contact us at support@puraclenz.com and we will try to contact the carrier and redirect your package. 

We will send a shipping confirmation email that has the tracking number for the order.  

How do I track my delivery? 

Once your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that contains the tracking number for your order. 

We recommend that you sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager, a free service, which allows you to manage when and how packages are delivered.

My tracking number shows no information, what do I do? 

If your tracking number has no information the package likely hasn’t been scanned by the carrier. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to be updated. Please contact support@puraclenz.com if you can’t access tracking information after 48 hours. 


My tracking number says my order was delivered but I haven’t received my package, what do I do? 

Please contact support@puraclenz.com immediately for assistance if you did not receive your package. 

What do I do if my shipment arrives damaged? 

Please contact support@puraclenz.com to let us know of the damage so that we can file a claim and replace your items. 

Please be prepared to send photos of the damage for the claims process. 

How do I get support for products purchased on Amazon? 

Please note: Amazon Customer Support handles refunds, shipping issues, and all FBA issues.
