How do I track my Puraclenz orders

How do I know if my order went through? 

After you have purchased your unit, an order confirmation email will be sent to you with the order number and a receipt. 

When will my order ship? 

Please allow two business day for us to process your order. After processing, most orders will ship out the next business day from our warehouse in California.

Where does Puraclenz ship? 

Puraclenz ships only to the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. 

How will my order ship? 

 When you make an order on Puraclenz.com, it may ship out from our warehouse in CA., or it may be fulfilled for us by Amazon Logistics. 

Orders shipped from our warehouse will be sent by FedEx Home Delivery with an estimated delivery date of 1-5 business days. Please allow 2 business day for your order to process before shipping.

Orders scheduled for delivery by Amazon, can be sent by any of Amazon's delivery partners including Amazon Flex drivers, Delivery Services Partners (DSPs), FedEx UPS, and USPS via ground shipping with deliveries scheduled within 3-5 business days. Please allow 2 business days for your order to process prior to shipping.

How much does shipping cost? 

Ground shipping is free for Puraclenz orders. 

How do I cancel my order? 

We are unable to make changes to an order after it has been placed or shipped. If you want to cancel your order, please contact support@puraclenz.com, and we will try to contact the shipper to return the order to our warehouse if possible. If we cannot re-route the delivery and you receive the package, please contact support@puraclenz.com, for help with a return.  

How do I change my shipping address? 

We are unable to make changes to an order after it has been placed or shipped. 

Please contact us at support@puraclenz.com and we will try to contact the carrier and redirect your package. 

 How do I track my delivery? 

Once your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that contains the tracking number for your order. 

My tracking number shows no information, what do I do? 

If your tracking number has no information the package likely hasn’t been scanned by the carrier. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to be updated. Please contact support@puraclenz.com if you can’t access tracking information after 48 hours. 

My tracking number says my order was delivered but I haven’t received my package, what do I do? 

Please contact support@puraclenz.com immediately for assistance if you did not receive your package. 

What do I do if my shipment arrives damaged? 

Please contact support@puraclenz.com to let us know of the damage so that we can file a claim and replace your items. 

Please be prepared to send photos of the damage for the claims process. 

How do I get support for products purchased on Amazon? 

Please note: Amazon Customer Support handles refunds, shipping issues, and all FBA issues for merchandise ordered from Amazon.com.   

Amazon fulfills and ships some of our orders. We are not in control of the packaging that it is shipped in or the carrier. Please report any issue to Amazon and they will get it resolved for you ASAP. Feel free to use their chat feature  https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/contact-us or

Does Puraclenz offer Express Shipping?

Express shipping is not available at this time.
