      Parts Replacement Instructions for Puraclenz Core 750

      How do I replace the Core 750 Filter? How do I replace the Recharge Cell? How do I replace the Core 750 Lamp?  

      Replacement Instructions

      NOTE: You must always unplug your purifier before cleaning or replacing parts.

      Core 750 Filter replacement is quick and easy.

      Core - remove housing

      1. Ensure your unit is off and unplugged.
      2. Locate the lock on the base of your unit and slide the lock mechanism to the left.
      3. Lift the top of the unit off by grasping the Top Rim and sliding it upward.
      4. Remove the dirty filter and replace it with a new filter.
      5. Replace the top of the unit and slide the lock back to the right.
      6. Finally, press the filter button on the top of the unit for 5 seconds to reset the filter timer.
      7. The yellow or red light will turn off, indicating the filter timer has been reset.

       

      Core 750 Lamp is simple to replace.

      Core - replace UV lamp

      1. Ensure power is off, then unplug machine from power source.
      2. Find the lock on the base of the unit.
      3. Unlock by sliding lock mechanism to the left.
      4. Lift up the top of the unit by the Top Rim.
      5. Remove the filter.
      6. Remove the black UV housing.
      7. Remove the old UV lamp by pulling up on the base of the UV lamp. Recycle old UV lamp by following your local municipality guidelines.
      8. Take care to hold white portion only of new UV lamp. Do not touch its glass tube. Place the new UV lamp back into the socket by aligning its pins to match socket.

      Please Note: When installing the Lamp, that the pins are designed to only fit in the correct orientation.


       9.    Reinstall the black UV housing and the filter.

      10.    Replace the top of the unit and slide the lock back to the right side.

      11.     Successful UV lamp change will be indicated by the UV lamp light turning off.

       

      WARNING: Skin or eye damage may result from directly viewing the light produced by the lamps in the Recharge Cell  and Core 750 Lamp apparatus. Always disconnect power before re-lamping or servicing. Replace Lamp with Puraclenz Model#R0011.


      Recharge Cell can be replaced in seconds.

      Core - replace Recharge Cell

      1. Simply twist and remove the old Top Cover.
      2. Remove and discard the retention clip on top of the Recharge Cell by squeezing inward.
      3. Note: Some models may not include a retention clip.
      4. Remove the old Recharge Cell by sliding it out from the Purifier and discard.
      5. Slide in the new Recharge Cell into the Purifier unit by aligning keyholes.
      6. Then install the new Top Cover provided.
      7. You’ll know it’s working when the green light turns on.
