What is the Puraclenz Return Policy?
Puraclenz 30-Day, 100% Refund Return Policy :
If you are unsatisfied with your purifier from Puraclenz for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of shipment to request a full product refund. You may return any physical product purchased on Puraclenz in accordance with the terms below:
To qualify for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
- A return authorization must be requested of our customer service team within 30 days of your shipment date. To request a return authorization, please contact Customer Service (click here). If approved, you will receive a free shipping label to send the returned product to the Puraclenz Service Center.
- Returns must be received at the Puraclenz Return Center within two weeks of receiving authorization. The date used for the authorization is the date on the shipping label.
- You must ship the product from a location inside the country where the product was originally purchased from Puraclenz or from an authorized Puraclenz reseller.
- You must return the product to Puraclenz in good physical condition (not physically broken, marred, or damaged). All accessories and filters originally included with your purchase must be included with your return unless otherwise specified by a Puraclenz service team member.
- NOTE: All returns must be cleared by the return center before a refund is issued. Once a return is cleared by the center, refunds are made within ten business days to the credit card on file.
Any of the following actions will void this offer and not be eligible for a refund:
- Any Product that has been disassembled or altered by unauthorized parties or agents.
- Careless operation or handling, misuse, abuse, and/or lack of maintenance or use not in accordance with the Puraclenz User Guide.

* Certified Refurbished Purifiers and Replacement Parts: Certified refurbished purifiers are sold as-is. All sales are final and not eligible for 30-day free return trial period.
* Express shipping charges are not eligible for a refund.
How do I initiate a return?
A return authorization must be requested from our customer service team within 30 days of your shipment date. To request a return authorization, please contact Customer Service here and if approved you will receive a free shipping label to send the returned product to the Puraclenz Return Center.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
If you are returning a purchase, we will process your refund (via the same payment method as when you paid) once we receive the returned package at our Return Center and examine it. All returns must be cleared by the Return Center before a refund is issued. Once a return is cleared by the center, refunds are made within ten business days.
How do I exchange my recent purchase for another model?
Though we currently do not offer exchanges or upgrades for air purifiers, customers may return any device within 30 days of the original shipment for a full product refund. This allows our customers the option to purchase a new device of their choice at their convenience.
How do I cancel my order?
We are unable to make changes to an order after it has been placed or shipped. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us and we will attempt to contact the shipper to have the order returned to our warehouse if possible. If we are unable to re-route the delivery and you receive the package, then please contact us for assistance in returning the package.
How do I return a Refurbished Purifier?
All Certified Refurbished Purifiers are final sale and are not eligible for the 30-day free return trial period. If you are having trouble with a refurbished purifier, please contact support at support@purclenz.com.
