How do I make changes to my subscription? (i.e. update shipping or payment information, manage or cancel subscriptions)

Log into your account and manage subscription orders online. First log into your account at https://puraclenz.com/my-account/.

To manage subscriptions, select Subscriptions on the left menu, locate your active subscription and click View.

On this page you can update payment, Renew Now to expedite subscription to be shipped immediately, or cancel. To update shipping address, select Addresses on the left side menu.

Can I pay with Affirm?

Affirm does not finance subscriptions. This means any subscription item cannot be purchased via Affirm. The checkout page automatically removes Affirm as a payment option when a subscription is in the cart. You may use Affirm as a payment option to purchase a purifier, but if you would like to couple it with a subscription, then use an alternate method of payment for the subscription.

How will I get notified when my subscription is about to ship?

You will be notified via email 10 days and 5 days prior to date of shipping.

Is shipping free on my subscriptions?

Yes, all active subscriptions come with free ground shipping.

Can I return a subscription delivery?

No, sale is final after order subscriptions are processed and shipped.

Is express shipping available for subscription?

Not at at this time.

Can I apply a Discount code to replacement parts or on my subscription?

Customers get a 10% discount when they subscribe and save. It cannot be combined with additional discount codes.

Are my replacement parts and subscriptions under warranty?

No, only purifiers include a two year warranty.

Is there a 30-day money-back guarantee on replacement parts and subscriptions?

No, sale is final after order is processed and shipped.
