How do I activate my warranty? 

NOTE: Your Puraclenz purifier is warranted against original defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. This warranty covers your purifier only if it is used for normal purposes in accordance with the Puraclenz User Guide.

To activate your warranty, simply complete the warranty registration form.

Do I need additional information to activate my warranty?  

Yes. A receipt or proof of purchase and the serial number from each purifier is required to complete the warranty. Please retain your proof of purchase. If you do not have your proof of purchase, your warranty will start 90 days after the date of manufacture, according to Puraclenz’s records.   

If you placed your order on puraclenz.com, customer support can access your proof of purchase for you if you provide the order number, name on the order, or email address used to place the order. 

How do I obtain warranty services? 

If your machine is not functioning properly, please contact us at support@puraclenz.com. Most issues can be resolved over the telephone or through email by our trained staff. In the event that your issue cannot be resolved by our staff, they will guide you through the process of seeking a warranty repair. 

What is the warranty process?

  • Before a parts replacement can take place, the terms of the warranty require that you have completed the warranty registration online. If you have not registered online, you must contact Puraclenz with your model name/number, serial number, date and place of purchase, and shipping information. 
  • Please keep your purchase receipt in a safe place to ensure you have this information. 
  • Any defective parts that have been replaced will become the property of Puraclenz. 
  • Parts replacement under this warranty will not extend the period of this warranty.

What is the Puraclenz Protection Plan (PPP)? 

The Puraclenz Protection Plan (PPP) is an extended warranty for purifiers. It covers mechanical and electrical breakdowns after the manufacturer's standard 2-years warranty expires. 

We offer 1, 2, and 3–year plans. These plans start after the 2-year limited part warranty ends and do not include replacement of the Recharge™ Cell. For more information on the extended warranty, including the terms of service, click here. 

Can I purchase the Puraclenz Protection Plan (PPP) at anytime?

 The Puraclenz Protection Plan (PPP) is offered only at the time of the initial purchase of a purifier.
